With over a decade of experience across the outdoor industry, Allison Deschaine helps emerging brands successfully grow in wholesale. Her career spans retail buying in specialty retail, owning an independent sales agency in the Midwest market, in-house sales representation, and national account management, giving her a rare perspective on the full lifecycle of products and how brands scale inside specialty and national retailers.
She has worked closely with brands like Nomadix, Toughcutie, Skida, and prAna, while also managing business across the outdoor, running, and sporting goods channels with major retail partners—including REI, DSG, Scheels, Fleet Feet, and FGL in Canada. In these roles, she has overseen multimillion-dollar accounts and built strong, strategic retail partnerships.
Through her consulting practice, she collaborates with emerging, purpose-driven and women-owned outdoor brands to craft wholesale strategies, get ready for retail expansion, and drive sustainable long-term growth.
